About the Event
Join the Port Royal Sound Foundation’s Naturalists for fishing and crabbing at the Maritime Center. This program will include an introduction to fishing and crabbing in the Port Royal Sound along with all equipment needed for the day. Learn how-to, natural history of these delicious marsh creatures, and historical perspectives on the industry.
Bring a saltwater fishing license, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, bugspray, water, and snacks. Dress for the weather and being out on a dock!
Cost for this program is $5 per person. Register by contacting Jessica at 843-645-7774 or jkochman@portroyalsoundfoundation.org. Payment of cash or credit can be made the day-of at the Maritime Center.
