About the Event

Come join Low Country Master Naturalists at the Winter Quarterly Meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 5:30 to 8:00. The event will be held at the Palmetto Electric Community Room at 1 Cooperative Way, Hardeeville.  Registration will open on December 10, 2023. Please do not try to register before that date. While there is no charge for this meeting, RSVP by January 3, 2024.  This helps us with the planning process.   Questions?  Contact Hilary Gallop hilarygallop@gmail.com Our presenter will be Lydia Moore.  Lydia Moore was captivated by conservation and ecology as a child growing up next to a saltwater marsh in Charleston. She pursued this passion at Oberlin College where she double majored in biology and environmental studies. After spending several years in New Mexico, she returned to school and earned her master’s degree at Auburn University studying bats in the coastal plain of South Carolina.
