About the Event

We will be meeting at Spring Lake Pavilion in Hilton Head Plantation, the site of last year’s Annual Meeting. This beautiful venue has plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The menu will include fresh local South Carolina oysters (cooked on site), pulled pork, and 3 sides.

Please bring your own set-up (dish, cutlery, drinking glass) and adult beverage, if desired. As in the past, contributions of appetizers or desserts are welcome. In addition, an afternoon trip to Historic Michelville Freedom Park will be offered. The field trip is for LCMNA members only and space is limited. You can register for the field trip seperately on the LCMNA's "Advanced Training" page at: https://www.lcmna.org/advanced-training

There is no cost to attend the Oyster Roast for LCMNA members who have paid their 2023 dues (however, you must RSVP and no-shows WILL be charged the full cost of dinner, $35pp**). Guests are invited as well, at a cost of $35pp.

Deadline to RSVP is 9AM on March 15th - that is the date our headcount is due with Sea Eagle. Each LCMNA member should register for their free ticket under their own account (including spouses) so we have an accurate guest list. (But please only RSVP once for guests).

**We have had problems with people not showing up after making a reservation and had wasted food as a result. We regret the necessity for this action.

If you have completed your annual 30 hours of volunteer service and would like a jewel installed in your name badge, please bring it with you! Contact Juliana (jsmith@springislandtrust.org) if you need instructions on how to submit hours - your hours must be logged in order to receive your jewel.

To make the drive to Hilton Head worth your while, we have set up an advanced training field trip at Mitchelville Freedom Park prior to the meeting. Registration for that program must be made separately. Due to limited space, registration is limited to LCMNA members.
