I have my Bachelors in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina. I have been working since for 11 years doing a multitude of different jobs. I have worked at a fish hatchery in Maryland. I also worked for a private aquatic toxicology lab. I conducted research at the Shellfish Research Lab on Skidaway Island, focusing on Essential Fish Habitat on artificial oyster reefs and living shorelines. I worked for 6 years for SCDHEC, covering water programs from drinking water, to wastewater, to stormwater and water quality. I spent two of those years with OCRM and was a Project Manager for Critical Area Permitting. I am currently the Water Program Manager at Parris Island, focusing on stormwater, water quality, wastewater and drinking water.
